  • MENRO Certification as to Land Classification (not yet implemented)
  • Barangay Resolution of Non-Objection
  • Community Tax Receipt (husband & wife)
  • Certification of Landholdings from the Municipal Assessor
  • Certification from Municipal Treasurer of Tax Payment of Improvement thereon (if land has improvement)
  • Certification from Municipal Local Government Offices (Municipal Engineering Office, Municipal Planning & Development Office, Municipal Tourism Office), National Agencies (DPWH, PPA) if necessary

  • Official Receipt of Real Property Tax payment for MTO

  • Endorsement from Municipal Engineering Office (MEO)
  • Letter of the applicant from request of Occupancy Permit
  • Certificate of Completion signed by Architect/Civil Engineer
  • Certificate of Completion for electrical Works
  • As-built Plan/Building Plan
  • Payment for inspection fee (not yet implemented)
  • Payment for certificate of zoning compliance fee.

            Inspection for Certificate of Zoning Compliance Fee.
