Real property must be updated and should be named to the true landowner for taxation purposes. The sale, inheritance, or donations of real property may be transferred to the name of the new owner by updating the Tax Declaration and adhere various processes and procedures.

Service offered 2:  REQUEST FOR CANCELLATION, ADJUSTMENT AND CORRECTION OF REAL PROPERTY ASSESSMENT

About the Service:

            All real properties will be appraised to verify and validate its true & fair market value for taxation purpose. A new declaration will be issued to property owners as evidence of ownership in accordance with the provision of the local Government code of 1991. It is the duty of the person owning the property to file a sworn statement in the office of the Municipal Assessor declaring the true value of the property. If the true value of the property is not updated then the owner will request for the cancellation, adjustment and correction of the assessment of the property.

  • Letter request for cancellation, adjustment and correction of assessment.
  • Certification of Tax payment of Real property
  • Certificate from Barangay

5.     The Municipal Assessor will evaluate the inspection report and notice of cancellation; then recommend it for PASSO approval and issuance of new Tax declaration

Service offered 3: REQUEST FOR ASSESSMENT OF NEW LANDS OR MACHINARIES

About the Service:

            All real properties and machineries will be appraised and assessed at its true & fair market value for taxation for purpose. A new Tax declaration will be issued to property owner as evidence of ownership in accordance with the provision of the local Government Code 1991. It is the duty of the person owning the property to file sworn statement in the office of the Municipal Assessor declaring the property as well as its value.

  • MSE, FLA,FP the DENR
  • Certification from the DENR
  • Zoning Certificate
  • Approved Survey Plan
  • Inspection Fee (O.R)

Service Offered 4: SECURING CERTIFICATE OF TOTAL LANDHOLDING

About the Service:

            Certificate of total landholding is a certification showing all the real properties of an individual/resident.  If it will be used for filing an estate tax clearance with BIR, it shows the total real property of the person at the time of his date backward. Any person or entity other than the property owner can secure this certification.

About the Service:

            Certificate of No Improvement/s or with Improvement/s are based on the records available in the office. It reflects the actual status of the subject land which includes the area of the property, location and classification and its corresponding market value and assessed value. Information or entity other than the property owner can secure this certification.

About the Service:

             Certified True Copy of Tax Declaration contains the same format and information found in the original copy of the Tax declaration. It bears the signature of the records officer certifying that it is a true copy. Any person or entity other than the property owner can secure this document.
